Bergljot Prebensen is a recent graduate from the London School of Economics’ Geography and Environment department, with an MSc in Local Economic Development. She focused her master’s research on the uneven impacts of workplace digitisation in the United States across migrant and non-migrant workers and its interaction with place-based factors. She also holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Exeter (UK).
Prebensen has gained perspectives from the private, non-governmental and inter-governmental sectors in her experience in the financial services sector in London, volunteering with humanitarian NGOs in Samos, Greece and interning at the European Investment Bank in a team financing energy innovation for EU climate action.
