Bhavesh Wadhwani

Urban researcher (intern)

Bhavesh is an architect and a 2nd year master’s student at Politecnico di Milano, Italy pursuing MSc in Urban Planning and Policy Design. Between 2017-2021 he worked in India on various architecture projects ranging from private residences, institutes, and regeneration projects. In 2019, Bhavesh also volunteered in Nepal for Journeyman International, a nonprofit global platform that provides architecture, engineering, and project management services to humanitarian and development organizations internationally. Currently, Bhavesh is on an Erasmus exchange at NTNU, Trondheim where he is working on his thesis. His research focuses on exploring informality and spatial justice in Indian cities. At Urban-A, Bhavesh is supporting the research project Social Media and the Crises of Urban Inequality under the Atlantic Equity Challenge.
